Yoder Memorial Scholarship Fund Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form. - Step 1 of 4The Yoder Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by Wally and Marilyn Yoder to assist and encourage first-time short-term volunteers with their travel expenses and mission experience. In honor and respect to the wishes of Wally and Marilyn, it is our desire to use these funds in the manner and heart in which they were given. They often spoke of their first short-term mission experience in Haiti and the impact it had on their lives and their family. Wally often told how that first mission field experience changed his view of life and his purpose, after which he was never the same. For Wally and Marilyn, it was indeed a “Life-Changing Journey.” That first trip was then followed by many others that took them to mission fields around the world and further impressed upon their hearts the commitment to: “Do whatever God asks you to do, Go wherever God asks you to go, and Give whatever God asks you to give.” Therefore, we would like to make available $100 scholarships to anyone participating in their first “Life Changing Journey” on a Men for Missions work, prayer, medical, or evangelism team. It would be our desire and prayer that God uses this first experience to the mission field to be “Your Life-Changing Journey.” Scholarship Application Requirements 1. Must be a first-time participant on a Men for Missions short-term mission team. 2. Completion of this scholarship application form. 3. List three (3) prayer partners that will be praying for you during your trip. 4. Include your Pastor’s contact information.
