Every time that I walk to my Bible study, I stop and talk with people
along the street. This past week, one lady asked me “when will you come to
my house to share the Word with me?” I asked her, “You want me to go to
your house to share the Word of God?” And she answered, “Yes, when will
you come?” I said, “How about tomorrow?” The next day, I entered her house
where she lives with her child and the child’s father. As I sat with them,
the Spirit of the Lord enabled me to share just what their hearts were
thirsty for. That God loves people, that He created them to have an
intimate relationship with them. That my sin makes me unable to be in
fellowship with God, but through Christ, I can approach the throne of God
with confidence. To top it off, He places His spirit within me to seal me
as His own! The look on their faces were of someone who has been offered a
precious gift! They asked me when I could come again. I am checking to see
if they can join in on the Bible Study across the road from them. It is so
awesome to See the Lord touching the hearts of people!
